 good and easy-to-use import of sketchesI scanned a property survey and imported without problems into AutoCad. The option I missed was a "coarseness" setting, allowing (approximately) straight sketched lines to be approximated more or less by a perfectly straight line, which would be helpful for a surveyor's task.

Easy but not perfectI used your program to covert two GIF files to DXF. Easy to use. Fast. The files were pictures of a geometric object. The resulting DXF file was close but not exact (rounded edges, some missing info, some misinterpreted info. However, it worked for what I was using it for.

Roman`s reviewI found your software very helpful. I tried to convert BMP file to DXF since I wanted to cut it by laser machine and I needed only edges. The convert was performed successfully and with small adjustments I got what I had hoped for. I would definetely recommend this software to all of you, who share the same kind of problem.

BMP to DXF 1.1 reviewThe conversion seem to work, but I could not open the DXF with another program. I therefore do not know if this worked. Maybe it is creating a version of DXF that I cannot read.

BITMAP TO DXF REVIEWVery good package - I was stressed up and had to get a conversion done. It worked very well an I enjoyed using the software.

BMP to DXFHave tried it, it looks okay. I have used it to convert a Client Logo, if you want to have a clean DXF picture, you still need to do some work on it, in AutoCad in my case.

Not impressed.I tried this on a couple of bmp's and got very poor results. I would not purchase this or recommend it to others.

Simplify Logo?I wanted to change a company logo to .dxf or .dwg so I could engrave it. This program did that for me but I had to play with the setting and I still had to clean it up in a cad program-smooth arc and straighten lines. The text came out weird too. I evaluated the demo, maybe the full version has more options. Im not sure if it saved me any time.

BMP to DXFUsed for converting a BMP subdivision map to DXF file. Worked pretty well for the lines of the streets. Still needed some cleanup because it did not handle converting the text.

Works wellThis worked well for me. I had to play with the sensitivity adjustment so that I didn't get too many or too few segment. Sometimes, I got severe stair-stepping. Social bookmarks: RSS:
